The Supervisory Board includes:

She served as the Minister of Finance of Ukraine from 2014 to 2016, focusing on stabilizing public finances, implementing economic reforms, and attracting foreign investments. Under her leadership, Ukraine successfully restructured its national debt, reducing financial pressure on the country and improving its international economic reputation. In 2023, together with her team, she worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine’s reconstruction, contributing to the development of the International Donor Coordination Platform.

Michał Dworczyk – a European politician, public figure, and expert on international cooperation and defense. He has held key positions in the Polish government, including Chief of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. His efforts have focused on strengthening regional security, supporting Ukraine during the war, and fostering strategic partnerships between countries. He played a key role in providing aid to Ukrainian refugees, establishing military logistics, addressing the fuel crisis in the spring of 2022, and facilitating the transfer of essential weaponry. Michał Dworczyk is widely recognized for his commitment to democratic values and his humanitarian and defense support initiatives.

Martin Griffiths – a British diplomat and humanitarian leader who served as the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs. His career spans extensive experience in conflict resolution, humanitarian response, and peacekeeping. Dmytro Sherembei – a Ukrainian public activist and head of the NGO "100% Life," the largest patient organization in Ukraine. He is a strong advocate for patients' rights and access to essential medicines. The Supervisory Board is chaired by Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine’s Reconstruction (2022–2024). In this role, he led large-scale projects focused on restoring and modernizing Ukraine’s infrastructure, attracting foreign investments, developing transportation networks, and rebuilding war-affected facilities.
"First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to each member of the Supervisory Board for their steadfast support of Ukraine. Your work has already played a significant role in strengthening our country's resilience, and your deep expertise and years of experience will help create better opportunities for development.
Together, we continue to work on developing a roadmap for Ukraine’s growth based on the Economic Growth Strategy, developed by BCG in collaboration with We Build Ukraine. It is crucial that stakeholders—including Ukrainian and international businesses, industry associations, government officials, parliamentarians, civil society, and the media—are actively involved in sectoral discussions," – said Oleksandr Kubrakov.
As a reminder, as part of the sectoral discussions on Ukraine’s Economic Growth Strategy, developed by BCG in collaboration with the We Build Ukraine analytical center, conferences have already been held on the defense sector, resource extraction, and agriculture.
